The WiFi did not work at all. The room was not that great. It was priecy. The customer service agent was very rude and discourteous. Not at all helpful. There was cob web in the room and some channels did not have any video only audio. Will not consider staying in this property of Alpine next time.

Be careful when you book with them, they tried to charge extra for kids even you specifically mention the kids count with their ages while you book. and paid whatever amount is showing. they are expensive too. Note there was no option to modify the booking after you book. Thanks to 訂房網站.com service understanding the situation and they returned the extra money which the motel reception charged. But on the day we arrived motel saying we paid only for adults and not children ,motel customer service is unprofessional . very rude threatening not to let me in if I don't pay extra for kids..seriously. very bad and tricky situation in cold weather in night .you feel helpless as she don't want to listen to us. I won't recommend if you're booking for a family. big lesson learnt ruined the 訂房網站.

We had a pleasant stay. Good location. Less than 30 mins drive to the snow ( Perisher) Would stay again.
